WhAT IS RENT2RENT SERVICED ACCOMODATION
Rent2Rent is a property investment strategy where you essentially rent a property from a Landlord, and with their permission, change its use slightly to generate a profit (for example splitting a larger house into individual rooms with each room paying rent).
Our Model, and the deals that we offer to investors, is Rent2Rent SA. This means that once we take control of the property, we rent it out on a nightly basis to both business and lesiure guests on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
