Our well established relationships with developers means we can bring you the best deals on at the best price.

After rapid growth we are now using the profits from our Rent2Rent properties to purchase projects for conversions as well as ground up developments.

Our Service

WhAT IS RENT2RENT SERVICED ACCOMODATION

Rent2Rent is a property investment strategy where you essentially rent a property from a Landlord, and with their permission, change its use slightly to generate a profit (for example splitting a larger house into individual rooms with each room paying rent).

Our Model, and the deals that we offer to investors, is Rent2Rent SA. This means that once we take control of the property, we rent it out on a nightly basis to both business and lesiure guests on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

Serviced accommodation offers guests a much greater home from home experience, more space and increased cost effectiveness for businesses.

Each Rent2Rent SA property should produce between £500-£1000 profit per month after all bills, fee's and commmissions.
